Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or refused.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Custom-made or personalised designs
Made-to-order items printed specifically for the customer
Digital downloads
Sale/clearance items
Exchanges

We will assist with return instructions and create a new order if needed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days after delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will replace the product or offer a refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after print work starts.
